Refund policy

You can return the products that you have ordered from our site within 14 days from the delivery date or the person/organization at the address you indicated. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions. We do not accept returns for overseas orders. In order for your return process to be started, you must inform us at feraye@ferayes.com via e-mail. After giving information about your return request, you can return the product(s) unused and undamaged. For return shipments, the shipping fee is paid by the customer. After sending the email concerning your return request, you can return the product(s) unused and undamaged. For return shipments, the shipping fee is paid by the customer. If the returned products comply with the return conditions, Feraye sends the refunds to the bank within 5 working days after the delivery. The reflection of the refunded amount on the credit cards varies according to the bank policies. We kindly ask you to send the product you want to return with its original invoice and complete, unused and undamaged packaging to the return address specified by Feraye.

Exchange Policy

You can change the non used products that you have ordered from Ferayes.com within 10 days after delivery. We do not accept exchanges for overseas orders. In order to proceed with your exchange transactions, you must inform us at info@ferayes.com via e-mail. Changes are made only in the same model products and in the form of color / size changes. It is not possible to exchange with a different product. After informing us concerning your exchange request, you can send the unused and undamaged product(s) together with your invoice. We kindly ask you to indicate  "Change Request" in the e-mail, and indicate which size/color you want instead of the product you want to exchange. After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stock, it will be sent to you free of charge within 3 working days. If the product is out of stock, the fee you paid will be refunded to your account according to your payment method.
